Hey Gang,

Have you ever thought of obtaining fame and fortune as a news =
reporter?

Well, here is your chance. KFCF is offering a workshop on radio =
news reporting. You will never make your fortune, and you may or may =
not become famous. What you will get is a solid background in how to =
produce radio news for broadcast on issues of importance to you and your =
community. The workshop will be taught by Aaron Glantz, the producer of =
Free Speech News and chief reporter for the KPFA Sacramento Bureau. The =
workshop will take place on Tuesday, June 26 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. =20

You will learn the basic skills of recording interviews and events, =
writing news copy, and producing a report. This workshop is for people =
who are serious and dedicated to news reporting. Homework will be =
required. There will be follow-up sessions later. Anyone interested is =
welcome, but you will be required to sign up ahead of time as space is =
limited. You can sign up or inquire further by sending an email to =
office@kfcf.org or by calling Vic at 559-233-2221. Do NOT reply to this =
email message. You do not need your own equipment at this time, but you =
will need to have a tape recorder and microphone to do your assignment. =
I welcome any inquiry.

Best Wishes,
Vic
