Staff and Members of the Foundation:=20
Due to the recent death of Robert Munce and the resignations of =
Catherine Campbell, Dixie Salazar and Sari Dworkin, we have four =
openings on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Free College =
Foundation.
The Fresno Free College Foundation by-laws state:=20
Section 4. Vacancies.
Any vacancy in the Board of Directors caused by death, resignation, or =
disability of a Director shall be filled by a majority of the remaining =
Directors. A vacancy may be declared when a Director has accumulated =
three unexcused absences within a twelve-month period.
Members of the Foundation who are interested in KFCF and the Foundation, =
and are interested in bringing themselves to the attention of the Board =
should submit a resume and a letter explaining what they feel they can =
contribute to the Foundation and KFCF.
