Pacifica's Network News has deteriorated in quality due to the censorship
efforts of Pacifica and the resulting loss of both paid and unpaid staff for
the show. KFCF has replaced the Pacifica Network News with local programming
from a variety of enviornmental, political, social and cultural groups
weekday afternoons at 3:30 PM.

In the interim KFCF has joined with dozens of other progressive broadcasters
in supporting and airing the show "Free Speech Radio News". FSRN began
airing as a weekly show on Friday afternoons, but has now expanded to a
daily (Monday-Friday) newscast.


FSRN is currently broadcast at 7:30 p.m. Beginning Monday, July 16th, it
will move to 6:30 p.m., probably for the  rest of its daily run, which at
this point is rolling into the future. If you'd like to see more information
