1.) SLEEPING BAG PROJECT

I hope you'll take a few minutes to look at helping some of the less
fortunate among us during this Holiday season. KFCF and The Fresno Free
College Foundation hope you'll help with The Sleeping Bag Project.

This year with the economic woes besetting us , things are tougher than
ever. As the cold weather is upon us, thousands of homeless people are
sleeping on the streets of Fresno county. The Sleeping Bag Project is a
non-profit, tax deductible, volunteer effort (sponsored by the Fresno Free
College Foundation) to provide sleeping bags and blankets to the homeless
during the winter months.

You can drop off donations of sleeping bags, blankets and money at Wesley
United Methodist Church 1343 E. Barstow Fresno, CA; Unitarian Universalist
Church 2672 E. Alluvial Clovis, CA; or the KFCF Office 1449 N. Wishon
Fresno, CA . For more information call 559-438-4088 or visit
http://www.sleepingbagproject.org .

2.) KFCF AT THE WILPF CRAFTS FAIRE

KFCF will be at the WILPF Crafts Faire on Saturday, December 6th at The Big
Red Church. We'll have Democracy Now! Coffee Cups, Caps and T-shirts, plus
KFCF T-Shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. Plus, this year we'll have the DN!
and KFCF Shirts in women's style and sizes.

Plus you can meet members of the Fresno Free College Foundation Board of
Directors and talk about KFCF with them, subscribe, or pick up bumper
stickers, KFCF literature or even one of the new KFCF Tote Bags to carry
home your Crafts Faire swag in.
