FFCF/KFCF Members,
 
The ballots for the FFCF election have been counted and the election results
are as follows:
 
Board of Directors
 
Sue Kern               195
Ali Rezapour          184
Gerry Bill               175
Janet Slagter         162
Mark Hernandez     144
 
There are four open positions, thus Sue Kern, Ali Rezapour, Gerry Bill and
Janet Slagter have been elected to the FFCF Board of Directors for three
year terms commencing January 2008.  Mark Hernandez is runner-up.
 
By-Laws Amendments
 
All the By-Laws Amendments passed:
 
1.  Using the current Roberts Rules of Order to govern meetings.    Yes 183
No 19
 
2.  Extending the election deadline until a quorum of ballots are received.
Yes 182    No  21
 
2.  Simplify board elections if there are the same or fewer nominees than
open seats.    Yes 165    No 36
 
 
The ballots were tallied at the office of the election proctor Sharmayne
Sikora, CPA on December 12, 2007
