CHANGES IN FFCF BOARD

Director Mike Rhodes has resigned from the FFCF Board of Directors and
Leni Reeves, a runner up in the Dec. 03 election has been appointed to
serve to the Board per the bylaws of the FFCF.

Dear Rych:
I have decided to resign from the board of directors of FFCF/KFCF. I am
not leaving because I have any problem with the direction of the board
or the station. I simply feel, that at this time, my effectiveness as a
board member is limited and my time is not well spent. I will continue
working on other media democracy projects including cable access,
Indymedia, and the Community Alliance magazine.
I wish all of my friends on the board the best, and feel confident that
KFCF and the FFCF will continue to do well and progress under their
skilled and competent leadership.
Sincerely,
Mike Rhodes
